You will receive a text or a phone call confirming that your order is ready to collect. Once your order is prepared, it is sealed into a polystyrene
box with ice packs. Your order is then transported in a registered and refrigerated Food Safe vehicle.
We recommend an order be placed in the refrigerator or freezer upon delivery.
As every order is packed with ice in a Polystyrene box; this may keep your order at a suitable temperature for up to two hours.
Our delivery team will do our best to contact you, otherwise will leave your order as instructed.
If we cannot get into contact with you and no instructions have been left, your order will be returned to the shop and re-delivery will incur a
further $19.95 charge.
Once your order has been delivered as instructed, please note it is not the responsibility of Fat Cow Gourmet Meats. Please refer to our terms and
conditions.

We deliver Monday to Friday. For guaranteed next day delivery, please place your order by midday the day before.

For orders under $120 our delivery fee is $19.95. For orders over $100, the delivery fee is free.
If your suburb is not on our delivery zone, please give the shop a call on (07) 3378 6161. We may be able to deliver to your area however, please note there may be an additional delivery fee.
We currently deliver to a 12KM radius around our shop (Shop 41/9 Brookfield Road, Kenmore, QLD, 4069).
